Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), eceözbek interiors, as data controller, wishes to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, the method and legal basis for data collection, and your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK.

Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties through our service providers:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): Website hosting — server logs
- Google LLC (USA): Font delivery (Google Fonts) — IP address
These transfers are based on your explicit consent and/or the necessity for the performance of services, under Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the processing purpose and within legal retention periods. Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 2 years after your request has been resolved.
Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if your data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7
- Request that corrections, deletions, or destruction be notified to third parties
- Object to outcomes arising exclusively from automated analysis of your data
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
